Proof of Concept

Proof of Concept, as the name suggests is a condensed version of the software product, designed to better sell your production or design to the stake-holders within or outside the company. This version is designed to give the look and feel of the final proposed product and should provide the stakeholders to put their hands on and really see what you are proposing.

Proof of concept is also developed to test the proposed architecture/ technology and examine it from usability, scalability and performance perspective.

The primary pressure point while developing Proof of concept solution would be to add as much as you believe is needed to show off the best qualities of your concept proposal, at least possible cost.

Siri addresses these need of your without compromising on usability and technology. To address the client needs, Siri's team would develop the POC based on following parameters to ensure that you would get the best solution:

  • Acceptability
  • Applicability
  • Marketability
  • Usability

To keep the cost low and cut short the implementation, Siri's team would follow detailed requirements understanding documentation and use RAD methodology. The large part of implementation would be managed using cost effective offshore methodology.

The use of open-source and readily available code would be extensively adopted to truncate the implementation cycle further.

Note: Any open-source tool that would be used in developing the POC would be within the guideline and licensing norms stipulated by its owner.
